COME! MEND! is a response to the urgent need for healing and action in the US. Through workshops, town halls, collection drives and the lending library we seek to provide space for thought expansion, conversation, information and amplification. We’ve had the opportunity to partner with organizations/entities such as Tierra Digna, Amazon Frontlines, Music Fund, Black Art Futures Fund, NYLAG, Tamizdat, World Music Institute, Dance Liberation Network, NYC Artist Coalition, Come Together, Moogfest, ADAPT Community Network, Drug Policy Alliance, Cannabis Cultural Association and Policy People, addressing the Cabaret Law, accessibility in NYC spaces, protection of one’s self and others from ICE and immigration officials, the oppressive prison system, drug policy reform and environmentally conscious practices.
